Located at the south end of the Wildwood boardwalk just before the Crest, Alex's Pizzeria is a reliable pizzeria that is open breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you're craving a slice of pizza while in the neighborhood, Alex's is a respectable go-to option.

For this pizza expert, and I've had 'em all everywhere, Sam's Pizza is quite simply the best in the world, which easily makes it the best on the Wildwood boardwalk. There is one caveat, I have noticed that depending on the timing, a Sam's slice ordered by itself is not nearly as good as going in, sitting down, and ordering a whole pie. A fresh slice from a freshly baked pie at Sam's is the tops, and is my personal recommendation. I can put 3-4 away, so I only need 1-2 friends/family with me :)
