This place was a dump. Chicken was Like rubber. Staff that was preparing food was disgusting. I think they were on work Release from prison. Played inappropriate music while families were eating. I will pass the bad word on to as many people I can about this hell hole.

Awful place. AVOID! $17.99 for a pepperoni pizza. $2.50 per soda. Waiter stood outside on the boardwalk 90% of the time we were there. No drink refills offered. A sign said orangeade and he served orange juice. I hope he enjoyed the $1 tip.

I have been going to Wildwood for years and have eaten at this place in the past. My family and I visited the place this past week. The place was understaff in respect to waitress/waiters. The service was slow due to it. The home fries were undercooked. In fact, they were extremely raw. The cashier gave me the wrong change back. Instead of giving me $14 in change back which was owed to me, he gave me $27. I was honest enough to give him back the difference. The only positive experiences were that both the waitress and cashier were extremely nice and have a great personality.

Recently went there with a party of 6 and was severely disappointed. When we arrived there were two other tables seated, one with a couple and the other with what I believe was another party of 5 or 6. Getting our drink order in was pretty fast, even though some had to repeat what they wanted two or three times and the waitress seemed to get an attitude when more than two people ordered the same drinks, interrupting with "Wait, how many of you are getting cokes?". While we were waiting for our drinks, the other large party I had mentioned before, seated right across from us, had been notified a few times that the establishment was out of several things, ranging from ranch dressing to larger food items such as alfredo - they were also getting their meal in stages, half of their table got their food while the others had to wait a little while longer to receive theirs. Our drinks arrived and our meal order went in smoothly enough. We ordered three buffalo steaks, a hoagie, a cheeseburger, and some pasta dish that I can't remember the name of. Silverware arrived with the waitress saying "Sorry, but we're out of napkins. The cook is getting more now." After waiting for 20 minutes, the three buffalo steaks arrived. After those three were done eating, the waitress comes back and notifies us that the pasta dish would take another 25 minutes. We decided not to even bother with the dish and cancelled it. The hoagie arrived five minutes after that. The cheeseburger a good five after that with the waitress saying "You didn't want lettuce, onions, or tomatoes, did you?" - she hadn't even mentioned those earlier. I also forgot to mention that no refills were even offered to the table, even though two were completely empty and others half full. No napkins ever showed up. We asked to talk to the manager while we were still seated, but the waitress then comes back with the bill, telling us that the manager said he's sorry, proceeding to drop the bill and run away. We had to send one of our own up to the register to get boxes for two food items since none were offered. We were charged for the full price of the meal for all 6 of us, minus the pasta dish. After going to pay for the bill up front, we finally manage to speak to the owner, who after starting to hear our complaints, proceeds to yell at us. Now having worked in a pizza shop myself for almost three years, I can both sympathize and criticize about this whole experience. Every place has their bad days and bad customers that give you grief. I've experienced those myself and I can only imagine running an establishment and dealing with all of it can be stressful. However, having a place on the boardwalk that's busy throughout most of the year, I can't understand how a simple order can take over a half hour to make, even with one person cooking it. Buffalo steaks, since they're not even thrown in an oven to toast the roll, should take 10 minutes at most, depending on the chicken's already cooked or non-cooked state. Hoagies should only take a couple since you're only throwing meat, cheese, and the appropriate vegetables on it and can be done while the chicken is cooking. The burger can be thrown on the grill the same time as the chicken and takes about just as long as the chicken to cook. Pasta dishes, at most, take about 15 minutes at most and only offsets the other orders by about 5 minutes. As for not having things, I understand running out of food items and condiments, but the waitresses should know after coming in to work if they have things or not by asking their co-workers. Simple things like napkins should be stockpiled.
